1️⃣ Where do you ship from?

We partner with trusted fulfillment centers and suppliers worldwide to ensure you get the best quality and pricing.
Most orders are shipped from our international warehouse network (mainly the U.S. and Asia).

2️⃣ How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3️⃣ How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.
It may take 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear once your package is on its way.

4️⃣ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders below that amount ship at a flat rate of $4.95.

5️⃣ Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at snugspace@gmail.com.
Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll always do our best to help.

6️⃣ What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
If there’s a problem with your order, reach out to snugspace@gmail.com — we’ll help you resolve it quickly.

7️⃣ My product arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email snugspace@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

9️⃣ I haven’t received my order yet.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while or it’s been over 30 days, email us — we’ll check with our fulfillment team and make it right.
